The Seasonal Saga of Fall

My blog from the fall is below.

@format_festival was the biggest thing in town during the month of September, and we were all a part of it. Rumwolf gathered an incredible crew of genius camera ops and filmmakers for shooting the live screens and on stage effects for @lcdsoundsystem on the main stage!
I loved working with these guys.

A Howling Beginning

The "Howling" Halloween event was a showcase of spooky delights and a testament to the power of creative synergy between passionate minds. As the production manager for this spine-tingling extravaganza, I had the privilege of working alongside Rumwolf, with whom I crossed paths seven months ago in a coffee shop. Since then, we've woven together the threads of creativity to bring multiple unforgettable shows to life, and the journey continues.

Pop-Up Movement Class:
Where Creativity Takes Flight

Teaching a pop-up movement class at CACHE Studios was a highlight.
A whirlwind of energy.

This is just the beginning;

A Tapestry of Talent: @artists.360 Cohort

Being a part of the newest @artists.360 cohort is an enriching experience that allows me to connect with a diverse group of artists from the NWA region. Hosted by @21cbentonville and facilitated by @midamericaartsalliance,
the retreat was a celebration of creativity and collaboration. The camaraderie and shared passion among the cohort members ignited a spark of inspiration that promises to fuel future projects.

Inverse Performance Art Festival
Motion Picture Play: inHabit

As the clock ticked towards Friday, Nov. 3rd, Heidee Lyn Alsdorf and I eagerly geared up for the @inverseperformanceartfestival at @themomentary. From 2:00-4:00 pm, we immersed ourselves in a world of performance art, pushing boundaries and challenging perceptions. This festival promised to be a showcase of innovation and creativity, offering a glimpse into the future of artistic expression. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the amazing local artists alongside us.

The past month has been a whirlwind of creativity, collaboration, and discovery. From the inception of Rumwolf’s "Howling" Halloween event to the pop-up movement class and the inspiring @artists.360 cohort, each experience has added a new layer to the tapestry of my creative journey. As Heidee Lyn Alsdorf and I prepare for the Inverse Performance Art Festival, I'm filled with anticipation for what lies ahead. Each project, each collaboration, and every shared moment of creativity reinforces the profound ability of art to unite individuals and kindle the fires of imagination.

So here's to more shows, more classes, and more adventures on this artistic odyssey.
